Associate General Counsel - Technology / Internet Attorney
The candidate will be primarily focused on transactional work, and will also have a hand in corporate, litigation support, FTC/advertising related compliance, HR matters, tax, intellectual property, and special projects. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA Accredited Law School. Should have 4-6 years of experience working at law firm or in-house. Experience with commercial contracts, complex transactions and general corporate is required. Past experience working with software companies or technology companies a plus. Should have technical familiarity with technology, i.e., familiarity with the way that websites work, and various media platforms. Strong communication skills and drive to grow within a thriving organization are required. Must have strong Internet/computer knowledge - Understanding how the Internet, web services, and online advertising technically works. Past experience working with software companies or technology companies is desired. Prior knowledge or experience with online advertising, affiliate marketing, ad-supported software is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
