years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for: preparing, prosecuting, and filing patent applications, completing patent searches and IP clearances, managing client patent portfolios, providing IP training services, providing subject matter expertise for business transactions and litigating intellectual property disputes. A background in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred. Experience with prosecution, licensing and litigation matters is required. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO. A portable book of business is essential. Should preferably be able to provide legal support to clients not only on patent issues, but also in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and privacy rights.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
