a search firm specializing in the lighting industry. We have positions at all levels with Architectural, commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Solid State Lighting fixture, devices, controls, lamp, and ballast manufacturers.
Our client is a fast paced high growth comemrcial/architectural lighting manufacturer who is seeking an experienced production manager with strength in production planning/scheduling to assume the role of:
Director of Manufacturing Operations
Candidate will be responsible for leading the production department of a debt free high growth commercial/architectural lighting manufacturer. He/she will be responsible for Sourcing/scheduling/planning/product modifications in a SAP business environment.
Qualifications/Skills:
o Bachelors Degree in industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
o Knowledge of UL/CE/CAS standards
o Strong understanding of production processes, production planning, materials management
o Familiarity with industry standard product reliability tests and quality considerations.
o Good team player able to interface with project members.
o Excellent communication and problem solving skills
o Ability to balance one off custom projects
Must have a production/plant management experience with a commercial/architectural lighting manufacturer with over $25 million in annual revenue.
Compensation will include base plus bonus and RELOCATION ASSISTANCE to Philadelphia. Salary will be commensurate on qualifications, experience, and wow factor.
